You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Whistlefritz within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the products. If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of the programs, if not sooner. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
